YOSHINOS SALAD DRESSING

Yoshino's Salad Dressing

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. oil
2 tbs. rice vinegar
1 tbs. chopped ginger root
1 tbs. chopped celery
1 tbs chopped carrots
1 tbs. soy sauce
1  1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt


Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until almost smooth. Any unused portion may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
