SOPAPILLA CHEESECAKE


Sopapilla Cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 cans Pillsbury butter crescent rolls
2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese ( softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ c. butter melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. granulated sugar

Directions:

Unroll and spread 1 can of crescent rolls on bottom of greased pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread cream cheese mixture over  crescent rolls in pan. Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over cream cheese mixture. Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 – 30 min. until golden brown
